Wall of Fire Workshop
We have had so much fun hosting many different types of photography classes and workshops at Photos On The Vine, in Fort Worth, but we must admit that this last workshop with Robert Trawick left us quite smoking’ hot for quite some time.
Our Wall of Fire Workshop with Robert Trawick was such a fun event and we have so enjoyed seeing so many photographs (posts) from attendees that attended this workshop. Learning how to shoot at night is one thing, but adding the element of fire is quite another!
Robert Trawick started the evening discussing the nature of light and how to see light. One of the sponsors of the evening, XP PhotoGear gave all paid attendees their own StripBounce speed light modifier. As we waited for the sun to set and darkness to set it, a small lighting class was held in the studio teaching about this cool strip light modifier.
We then went outside to learn about long night exposure, adding fill light, and creating some fire!
Thanks Robert for such an educational fun class. It was amazing to see everyone leaving this event with their own take of creating an image with a wall of fire!
Be sure to follow us on Facebook or Instagram to stay up to date with more fun events like this in the future!
